Exer Saucer Delight

Well, perhaps not a look of delight, but considered studiousness on Nico's part here. He loves the exer saucer. He bounces and slaps his arms to make it go up and down. He hasn't quite figured out to push that yellow button on top of the red ring, but he can spin the beads like nobody's business.

Construction for Nico's Space Requirements

Nico survey's the work of Mama and Daddy as they start the move to take over the whole duplex. That's another 1000 square feet just for Nico. Well, there will be a guest bedroom and a huge new bedroom for Mama and Daddy, but Nico will get a 6 by 9 bedroom all his own.
We're going to open up that wall so we can access the stairs to get up and down.
